Local councils urge caution as restrictions lift...

With many legal restrictions being lifted from Monday 19 July,  North Lincolnshire Council and the East Riding of Yorkshire Council are asking people to be responsible to protect themselves and the community.

Step 4 (Restrictions end) - ACTIVE

Monday, 19 July

-Meeting others
All legal limits on social contact will be removed.

-Life events
Any number of people can attend weddings and other ceremonial events.

-Social gatherings
All remaining businesses and events, including nightclubs, can open.

However, both councils are urging people to remain cautious and still adhere to 'hands, face & space'.  Although, it is not mandatory to wear face coverings from the 19th July, it is still recommended to help curb infection rates and it is still advised to maintain social distancing when possible especially in crowded areas such as on public transport.
Anyone with symptoms should still book a test and self-isolate along with anyone contacted by NHS track and trace.

One Man’s journey – working with Ronseal and Channel 4 we can see the impact of Men’s Sheds

The moving documentary follows Joe, 28, as he visits his local Men’s Shed in Camden, North London, and openly talks to other members about his experience and the struggles he’s faced. He’s also seen being helped to make a sentimental memory box for the little boy he lost, and for his second son, who arrived in April 2021.
